CARE SERVICE EMPLOYEES – Permanent Part-time or Casual positions – Residential Care
Our Lady of Consolation Aged Care Services Ltd operates a residential aged care campus for 300 elderly people at Rooty Hill, and provides community care services to over 2000 elderly people living at home in the Western Sydney region from Epping to the Blue Mountains. We employ more than 400 staff.
We are creating exciting opportunities for people to join our Nursing Home and Hostel teams as permanent part-time or casual Care Service Employees (CSE) working across all shifts to support frail elderly people and elderly people with a level of dementia care needs in a residential aged care facility.
You may or may not be currently working in aged care but the successful applicants will be people who genuinely like elderly people, be adaptable and want a degree of responsibility in a job. The positions are presently being offered on a permanent part-time or casual basis. We will actively support you, and can guarantee that you will find the role both challenging and fulfilling. You will need to be able to work within a philosophy of care that strongly supports the dignity of older people. Comprehensive orientation training will be provided to the successful candidates.
